Message	into a warning. i've NEVER had my insurance go up because of a ticket or an accident. i have no idea why. i don't look a gift horse in the mouth. my insurance company is State Farm. i would say pay the fine. hell, speeding tickets are just a part of being on the road IMHO.....just another cost of driving and enjoying it.
